If you are due a refund, all refunds will be processed in the original form of purchase. See the cancellation policy for more information. 

Cancellation Policy:

As excited as we are for you to join us, we do understand that cancellations do sometimes occur. If you do need to cancel your reservation, please be aware of the following policies. 

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will receive NO refund. 

Cancellations made 7-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
